Nigh is a four letter word.
There are a lot of people walking around these days shouting how "The end is nigh!"
Ignoring that such people have been saying this for 2000 years, if not longer, have you ever wondered about why people are always soothsaying doom? Why not march around with a sandwich board saying "Friday is nigh!" or perhaps "A good book is nigh!"? Stand on a street corner shouting "Repent! For chocolate is nigh!"
Doom and Fear are four letter words.
But so is Hope.
